Asparagus  in proscuitto : $2.25
Tender blanched asparagus stalks are wrapped in thinly sliced proscuitto.

Our cold canapes assortment starts with a base of a toasted croustade and topped with an assortment of toppings to include:

  • Herbed cream cheese topped with a single shrimp and drizzled with cocktail sauce.
  • Artichoke tapenade topped with a decorative roasted red pepper.
  • Smoked Salmon mousse piped  on a cucumber base and topped with a caper.
  • Slice of smoked ham, brie and topped with a slice of manzanilla olive
