Layered torta of  black refried beans, red onions, cheeses,  black and green olives, sour cream, salsa and guacamole

Antipasta Bellisimo : $4.50 per person
A lovely selection of marinated long-stem grilled artichokes, grilled spanish peppers, assorted imported olives, grilled cioppini onions, sausages, salami and marinated buffalo mozzarella..

Baked Brie en croute : $45.00 per wheel

Brie wrapped in pastry and each topped with a variety of fillings:  mushrooms duxelle, mango chutney or sundried tomato pesto. 2.2# wheel

Bar Snacks mix : $2.00 per person
Assorted bar mix snacks – pretzels, salted nuts and Oriental rice mix

Cheese Display : $2.50 per person
Selection of domestic cheeses garnished with grapes, strawberries and  crackers.

 Crab Dip : $85.00 (serves 25-30)
A 1/2 Steam table pan of Pure Lump crab meat dip topped with cheddar cheese   Served with crackers and sesame crisps.

Cocktail Shrimp Display : $5.00 per person
Cocktail shrimp served with a variety of sauces and marinades.  Based on 3 to 4 shrimp per person

Cold Sesame Noodle Salad : $2.25 per person
Spicy sesame vegetarian noodles served in a tiny chinese takeout container with chopstix

Deli Meat display platter : $5.00 per person
Our smoked ham, turkey, roasted turkey, roasted beef displayed sliced on a platter with baskets of assorted rolls for miniature sandwiches.  Condiments accompany.

European Cheese Board : $5.00 per person
Selection of fine European cheese (smoked gouda, French brie, Danish havarti, Canadian white cheddar among other seasonal selections).  Garnished with water crackers and grapes.

Fresh Crudite : $2.50 per person
Crisp blanched pencil asparagus, baby carrots and grape tomatoes etc. served with sauces for dunking

Fresh Fruit Display : $3.00 per person
Fresh seasonal fruit served decoratively on a tray with picks for serving.

Marinated grilled salmon filet : $125.00
Side of marinated grilled Teriyaki Salmon.  Served with sesame crisps

Classic chick pea tapas appetizer in a triple display of traditional  (garlic), pesto and roasted red pepper served with pita chips

Northeast Planked Salmon filet : $125.00
Whole filet of salmon planked on cedar and grilled.  Served displayed on the plank at room temperature with a tarragon mustard sauce

Parmesan pastry cheese straws : $5.00 per dozen
Crisp flaky pastry layered with parmesan cheese, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked until golden

Assorted pickles, olives, italian giardinaro to complement sandwich platter

Baby salad shrimp in a rich and smooth cream cheese base spiked with chili sauce and vermouth.  Served with our cracker assortment.

Salmon Whole Poached : $145.00
Salmon poached in a traditional french court boullion, presented whole on a platter w/creme fraiche cucumber sauce.

Pretzel stix, mixed nuts, goldfish and asian rice crackers blended, seasoned and baked till crunchy

Display of cracked crab claws, tequila marinated gulf shrimp, seviche and oysters, cold smoked wild salmon filet.

Smoked Breast of Turkey  : $4.00 per person
Our own cracked peppercorn breast of smoked turkey served with cheddar angel biscuits.  Raspberry mustard and mayonnaise served as optional condiments.

Smoked Clam dip : $40.00 (serves 25-30)
A 1/2 steam table pan of Baby clams lightly smoked and pureed into a rich cream cheese base with scallions.  Served with our cracker assortment.

Smoked Salmon Spread : $50.00 (serves 25-30)
Our own Alaskan cold smoked salmon mixed with cream cheese, capers, dill and red onion. Served with an assortment of breads and crackers.

Spiral Cut ham with rolls : $4.00 per person
Spiral sliced glazed ham with silver dollar rolls and condiments.

Sushi : $5.95 per person
Assorted sushi rolls.  Based on 2 pieces per person

Hot Chafing Dish Displays

All American Beer Cheese Fondue : $50.00
Blend of sharp Vermont cheddar, mild colby and hearty ales into a creamy piquant cheese fondue.  Accompanied by vegetables and bread cubes for dunking.

Lump crabmeat blended with artichoke hearts, cream cheese and parmesan cheese.  Served warm in a chafing dish.  Crispy pita chips accompany for dunking.

2.2 # wheel of brie topped with your choice of sun-dried tomato pesto, pear almond  chutney, or mushroom tapenade wrapped in a french puff pastry and baked until golden and puffed.  A shining star!

Blend of cheeses and fresh salsa cooked into a creamy fondue and served in a wheel of cheese!  Tri-colored nacho chips accompany for dunking.  Serves 25-40
