Picadillo (seasoned ground beef)  layered with flour tortillas cheeses, beans, corn, scallions and topped with salsa and baked.

 

Chicken Enchiladas

Pulled chicken beans, scallions in a creamy sauce rolled in corn tortillas and baked with cheese.

 

Red Beans and Rice

Refried beans topped with cheese and saffron rice with corn and red peppers

 

9 Layer Mexicali Dip

Layered torta of  black refried beans, red onions, cheeses,  black and green olives, sour cream, salsa and guacamole.  Served with tri-color tortilla chips.

 

Mexican Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad with a Spicy Mexican flare.

 

Garden Salad with dressing
