Beef Tenderloin
Prime grade tenderloin of beef rubbed with roasted garlic and pesto.  Roasted until medium rare.  Carved to order and served with mushroom duxelle, whipped cream horsey sauce and silver dollar rolls.

Layers of red, white and green lend to a festive holiday fare.  A cream cheese base spiked with capers and vermouth, topped with crab claw meat, a layer of chili sauce and sprinkled with fresh parsley.  Served with water crackers

Jumbo cocktail gulf shrimp wrapped in imported Italian proscuitto
