Grilled salmon atop a base of fresh dill, chives and cream cheese.   Served with water crackers.

Swedish Meatballs
Mini beef meatballs in a creamy caraway sauce

Gorgonzola Pear Phyllo Cups
Gorgonzola cheese, fresh pear and toasted walnuts in a crisp buttery phyllo cup.

Carmelized Onion and Brie Pizzettes
Sweet caramelized onions and brie served atop flavorful flatbread.

Crunchy Pecan Chicken Fingers
Chicken breast cut into strips and breaded in our pecan panko mixture.  Deep fried and drizzled with honey.  Served with mango chutney

Beef Chimmichurra Satay
Skirt steak satays marinated in garlic and oil seared and served with a traditional herb chimmichurri sauce

Miniature Maryland Crabcakes
Pure lump crabmeat lightly mixed with celery, onions, peppers and seasoned to perfection.  Served with a caper remoulade.

Tuna Tataki
Spicy ahi Grade tuna with scallions and ginger on a cucumber round drizzled with Sirachi

Silver Palate
A selection of desserts to include items such as:  Key lime tarts, Mousse tarts, cheesecake jewels, phyllo nut baskets and other elegant desserts.
